Buying a home is an arduous and stressful process, but at all times, I felt like I was Sam's number one priority. Her communication is truly next level—she was constantly in touch, checking in multiple times a day just to make sure I was feeling good, keeping me informed, and answering any and every question I had (and trust me, I had a lot). I never once felt like I was left in the dark or waiting around for answers.What really sets Sam apart is how much she fights for her clients. She treated me like a VIP from day one, and it was clear that she was ready to go to bat for me in every negotiation. Whether it was making sure deadlines were met or pushing all parties involved to speed up the process, she was always ahead of the game. There wasn’t a moment where I didn’t feel like she was fully in my corner, relentlessly advocating for my needs and pushing to get things done as quickly and smoothly as possible.Her positivity is absolutely infectious, which helped ease any stress or nerves I had. But don’t get me wrong—she’s not just a cheerleader. She’s practical, grounded, and has incredible instincts. She knew exactly when to push and when to take a step back, guiding me through the process with expert advice. Her judgment was always spot-on, and I trusted her completely. We toured a number of different condos, and she always had a terrific eye for the details, and always knew the right questions to ask. This was a first time home buying experience for me, but I felt so much more comfortable touring around with Sam by my side. What also amazed me was how available she was, no matter the time of day, I could text or call her whenever I had concerns, and she’d respond right away. I was totally obnoxious about this and Sam never left me hanging, even if it was getting on a call at 11:30pm on a Friday. She genuinely cared about how I was feeling and went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable and happy every step of the way.Sam really goes above and beyond in every aspect of her work. She’s a total professional with a personal touch, and her dedication to her clients is unmatched!!
